Gaming Market Square respects the rights of creators, sports-data providers and community participants.
Content ownership
Creators and members retain their rights to original material they lawfully create. GMS's own branding, design, editorial material and software may be protected by copyright or trademark. Some sports statistics, images and Discord materials belong to third parties and are used subject to their terms.
Making a content-rights report
If you believe content published through GMS infringes your rights, use GMS Support. Identify the exact URL, the original work, the content you believe is infringing, your contact details and your good-faith basis for requesting review.
Review and response
GMS may temporarily restrict a disputed item while investigating, request supporting evidence or seek a response from the uploader. False or misleading notices can have legal consequences. Do not upload private identification documents or passwords through a public community channel.
Formal notice requirements
This ordinary support process does not claim GMS has registered a statutory DMCA designated agent. Any legally required designated agent, mailing details or notice procedures must be confirmed by the operator before they are advertised.
