These Terms govern use of gamingmarketsquare.com and related Gaming Market Square (GMS) community, research, digital membership and information services. By using the services you agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms; additional subscription terms apply when you purchase membership.
Who may use GMS
GMS membership accounts are intended for adults 18 years and older. You must meet any higher age and local-law requirements applicable to your activities. GMS does not operate as a sportsbook, take wagers, accept betting deposits or guarantee winning outcomes. Sports wagering legality and minimum age vary by jurisdiction.
What the service provides
GMS offers public historical picker records, community discussion, commentary, research and optional recurring membership access. Features and eligibility vary by tier. Historical records comprising 6,812 source-reported entries across nine picker archives are legacy material, not independently verified investment returns or an audited guarantee of performance. Current tools and data may contain errors, delays or gaps.
Subscriptions and payment authorization
Silver, Gold and Platinum are recurring digital subscriptions with monthly and annual options shown on the product and checkout screens. By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge at the stated frequency until cancellation. Review the total, renewal interval and cancellation disclosure before payment. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Buying a second subscription does not automatically replace your existing one. See Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms and Refund & Cancellation.
Shopify and Discord identities
Shopify holds membership billing and the subscription account. Discord is an independently operated third-party community platform with its own rules. A paid Shopify order does not itself verify ownership of a Discord account. Paid roles and channel permissions should be granted only after verified identity linking and an active eligible entitlement. If linking or access is unavailable, contact support instead of sharing login credentials or bot tokens.
Member conduct and account security
Keep account credentials and sign-in links private. Do not impersonate others, circumvent access tiers, harvest personal data, abuse bots, post spam, disclose private paid content without permission, or harass community members. Members are responsible for submissions they post and must respect the Community Guidelines. GMS may restrict access for credible safety, fraud, legal or service-security reasons, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Member posts, records and intellectual property
You retain ownership of original material you create. By submitting content to GMS, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, store, reproduce and display it to operate the service, moderate it and maintain lawful audit records, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not post content you lack permission to share. GMS branding, original editorial work and software remain protected by their respective owners. Third-party sports data and Discord content are subject to their providers' terms.
No performance promises or professional advice
Sports opinions, predictions, streaks, odds and analyses are informational and entertainment content, not legal, financial or individualized wagering advice. Availability, changes and termination
GMS may fix errors, change features or suspend unsafe functionality. We will not silently increase existing contracted recurring charges without required notice or consent. Platform outages and third-party availability can affect access. Where a paid feature materially fails, contact support to request assistance or a remedy under applicable law and the refund policy.
Privacy, feedback and notices
Our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices explain Shopify-controlled privacy options. Use Support for legal, accessibility and service notices. Terms may change prospectively; material changes will be communicated as legally required. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer rights.
Contact and jurisdiction
The website is operated under the Gaming Market Square brand. Official legal-entity contact details are being verified against merchant records; until they are confirmed, send notices through the website's Support Desk. Applicable consumer law governs irrespective of any provision in these Terms. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced by this document.
